The Orchard Team

The Center Manager’s primary responsibility is to provide exemplary customer service to members and building management by creating a cohesive and prosperous office and coworking environment. The Community Manager’s primary responsibility is to serve as the face of the center and provide excellent service to every individual they come into contact with. They are the first and last Impression of anyone entering/leaving the facility. They are the go-to person, on-site Concierge and community liaison to all.

•  Operations and technology
•  Manage membership space and data
•  Handle Repair & Maintenance requests
•  Floor Walks throughout the day to refresh anything needed
•  Ambassador for member safety and emergency preparedness
